Queenstown Christmas Lunch

Tatler welcomes advance bookings for our traditional Christmas lunch on 25 December.
We'll be serving our Christmas menu upstairs in the Spectator Room and balcony and downstairs in the Library area.
A limited menu will be available at our outdoor and front tables for walk-in
diners who don't wish to book ahead.

Cream of asparagus soup garnished with smoked salmon

Chicken and wild mushroom terrine with crispy pancetta lardons
on a warm artichoke and cherry tomato salad with truffle oil

Roasted new potatoes, stuffing, buttered asparagus finished with a port wine jus

Roasted new potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce and pinot jus

On lemon scented basmati rice, crisp bok choy and saffron cream

Christmas Pudding
Brandy butter sauce and vanilla ice cream

White chocolate and raspberry crème brulee
With nut biscotti
Alternative vegetarian entree and main course options will be available by arrangement.
