Tatler Prime Pinot Noir

We are pleased to offer our own label of wine for special occasions. The 2006 Hawdun Rise was made from grapes harvested by our own team and won a gold medal at the Air New Zealand Wine Awards in 2007.

Hawkdun Rise is a family-owned vineyard in Central Otago. The wine is 100 per cent estate grown and the hand-tended vines flourish on the stony, north-facing slopes.

The 2006 vintage is a smooth, elegant Pinot Noir with fruity undertones of cherry and blueberry, a hint of spice and subtle tannins which will smooth even further with age.

This special wine is available by arrangement to diners at Tatler and Prime and is priced at $68 per bottle.
